If your complaint pertains specifically to the way we provide services under the NDIS, you have the option to lodge a complaint directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. They are particularly interested in hearing about:

  • NDIS services or supports that were not provided in a safe and respectful manner.
  • NDIS services and supports that did not meet appropriate standards.
  • How an NDIS provider has managed a complaint about services or supports provided to an NDIS participant.
